After 28 years in business, and the fact that it is not as easy to import these items to Canada, the owners have decided to retire and have asked us to clear the contents of their oriental art/furniture store and 5,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Mississauga. The cost of importing these items has increased rapidly in the last few years and are not readily available like it used to be. Most of these items are handcrafted and the cost of importing to Canada has increased substantially. The owners must be out of the building by the end of Dec. 2019.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a buyer. If we were to sell the contents by a live auction, it would take approximately 10 live auctions to sell the contents.
The retail value of the contents is approximately $500,000.00.

There will also be a preview on Thurs. Nov. 14 from 6:30PM to 7:30PM.

The winning bidder is responsible for the removal of all of the items and will have up to Sun. Dec. 15/19 to remove them, which is about 3 weeks.
